Listening support

For hearing-impaired visitors, we offer listening support via MobileConnect. With this system, you can connect the sound of the performance live to your own headphones, earphones or hearing aid via your own smartphone. Below you can read how it works.

Download the app Install the free Sennheiser MobileConnect app on your smartphone, for Android or for AppleTip: By doing this in advance at home, you save time on location.

Connect to the induction loop on location wifi Wifi name: TSH GuestPassword: No password needed

Connect to the audio stream Once you're connected to the Wi-Fi network, open the MobileConnect app. Select the audio stream and you're ready to listen. Please note: it is not necessary to scan a QR code in the MobileConnect app.Do you use headphones, earphones or a hearing aid via Bluetooth? Don't forget to connect it to your phone first.

Practical The app works with hearing aids that connect to a phone. Do you prefer to use earphones or headphones? Please bring your own set.

Additional points of attention• When using wireless earphones (such as via Bluetooth) or older phones, there may sometimes be a slight delay in the sound. For the best listening experience, we recommend also bringing a set of wired earphones or headphones as a backup.• We advise you to test whether everything is working properly before you take a seat.
